When did it become winter

Where did the semester go? I only have one more week of school left before finals and I just wonder where the days went. The semester went so fast. It seems like halloween was just the other day. Then before I knew it Thanksgiving was here, followed by the 5am Black Friday shift. I'm pretty sure I only got about 8 hours of sleep over the whole weekend . . . but it's over! And I survived! I got all of my shopping done . . . however I'll still have to deal with cranky customers looking for the perfect gift. So if you talk to me from now untill Christmas and I'm in a bad mood you'll know why. Plus to top things off one of our managers walked out today . . . yeah for an added stress. I hope I still get my time off for Christmas . . . Whatever I'm leaving no matter what! I think I'm leaving in February anyhow cause I need to focus on school. So I'm looking for a new job and a new house . . . cause I get to leave all the stress, drama and sheer anger that the roommate from hell has caused me in February.

Roommate from HELL

I started school yesterday and let me tell you I was really not looking forward to going back. I'm only taking two classes this semester . . . due to a really complicated situation that I'll explain at a later day. My life is crazy and really stressful, mostly because of my roommate Rochelle. I'm going to try really hard to be nice about this. So here is the story. She expressed a want to move out by the end of July, so I posted a roommate wanted add on craigslist. My other roommate, Lindsay, and I held interviews and found this really cool, responsible and nice chick to move in on August 21st. In the meantime Rochelle got and lost two jobs. She is still out of work and for all I can see is not actively looking for work. She she leaves a note on my door about 3 days before the new girl is supposed to move in and tells me due to her lack of work she won't be able to move out right now, sorry! WTF! She moves in in less than 3 days and you already agreed to move out, what do you think you can live here rent free? Not to mention the fact that she still owes Lindsay and I over $600. We tried to talk to her about the situation, but she refuses to communicate with us. We have talked with the landlords and with a lawyer and there is really no way to get her out because she is on the lease. She is a deadbeat, nympho, drug addict slob and we are stuck with her until she decided to leave. I am at my wits and and can't wait to kick her ass out! She is a lazy bitch and makes me so angry I punch walls and can't stop the tears from falling.

Time

So I was sitting at my baby sisters high school graduation yesterday, the comencement speaker droning on in the backround and I began to wonder, "What have I acomplished in the last five years?" It was five years ago that I graduated from high school and I'm taking this time to stop and evaluate. What progress have I really made towards my future? I transfered and that is a big step in the right direction. However I really need to focus on my future. I need to really put the time and effort into school if I evere want to graduate from college.
